Shipping Policy​

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped after they have been processed within 3-5 business days; however, items are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. ​Delivery is only available within the continental United States.

Return & Exchange Policy​

Due to the nature of our products and services, unless an item is received damaged or defective upon opening, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Failure to notify us of damages or issues within three (3) days after the received product will result in a final sale without issuing a refund or re-shipping the product.

If a product is damaged upon arrival or the wrong item is received, please contact us at insaneapesupplementz@yahoo.com. Please be sure to include an image of the product sent back to us.

If there is an attempt to return an item without submitting a return request via email, the item will not be accepted.
